The LMA® MADett® Endotracheal Tube Mucosal Atomization Device is a pulmonary drug delivery solution that sprays medications directly into your patient’s lungs during ventilation. When IV delivery is difficult or drug delivery to the lung is preferred, the LMA® MADett® Device can come to the rescue by delivering exact doses of atomized pulmonary medication beyond the endotracheal tube tip. The result is higher percentages of the drug delivered to the pulmonary tissue than if it is nebulized or injected into the endotracheal tube.
