Savelives.com/Common Cents EMS Supply LLC was founded in 1996 and has grown steadily through the kindness of our customers who have supported us. We are based in Old Saybrook, Connecticut located halfway between New York City and Boston. We believe that to sell EMS equipment, you must have experience using it in the field. All of our sales staff are EMTs, Paramedics, Firefighters and Law Enforcement professionals. We are prepared to give you the best service you've ever had from an EMS supply company.

We offer free shipping for any order over $150.00 in the contiguous USA. If your order is under $150.00, we will only charge a small shipping charge without any handling fees. We try to keep our prices current, but we reserve the right to adjust them when we have to. You will be informed of any changes when you place an order.

Our terms for customers with open accounts are "Net 30" days. Accounts that are overdue by 30 days will be charged at a rate of 1.5% per month or 18% annually. If you have any claims to make about damaged or unwanted merchandise, you must place them within 21 days of the date of your invoice.
