The Ferno 445 Head Immobilizer Replacement Base Plate (#0819883) replace worn or broken base plates for the Ferno Universal Head Immobilizer.

The Ferno Universal Head Immobilizer has two PVC dip-coated closed-cell foam head supports, complemented by a universal attachment base and two robust head straps. Designed to minimize interference with X-ray, MRI, or CT procedures, it's also compatible with all Ferno wooden and plastic backboards.
