When you place an order online with us you will receive a confirmation by e-mail immediately after placing your order. After that confirmation we will not e-mail advertisements to you or contact you except in cases where we have a question that directly relates to your order.

Shipping

We offer free freight on all orders over $100.00. For orders under $100 we charge $7.95 for orders between $35.00 and $99.99. For orders below $34.99 we charge $5.95. These prices pertain to shipments within the contigous United States. For orders overseas or in Hawaii and Alaska, we will check the pricing with the United States Postal Service and attempt to find you the best shipping rate possible.

Returns

Return requests for any reason must be made within 21 days of receipt of merchandise. Custom ordered products including but not limited to badges, medals, commendation bars, apparel, coats, and customized products are non returnable once they go into production. If your order was over $100 and you received free freight from us, we will not refund the amount that it actually cost us to ship the item being returned when we first shipped it out. The return costs for shipping are the purchasers.
